These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ppvip6 ("ppvip6", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services available at ppvip6.club. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on ppvip6, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on ppvip6. The opening of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment credentials — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ppvip6 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, confiscate associated balances, and permanently ban the relevant individual from the Platform upon discovery of multi-accounting.
When registering an Account on ppvip6, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, and forfeiture of any Balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ppvip6 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. ppvip6 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ppvip6 support immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
ppvip6 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any Player at any time. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. ppvip6 will not process withdrawal requests from Accounts that have not completed the required KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the period specified in the request notice may result in Account suspension.
ppvip6 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated and settled exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ppvip6 does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. ppvip6 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your ppvip6 Balance within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank card and direct bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to process. ppvip6 is not liable for delays caused by the Player's payment provider, mobile network conditions, or third-party processing infrastructure.
Withdrawal requests submitted by Players with fully verified Accounts are processed within 24–72 hours of submission during business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). ppvip6 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account held in the Player's own name — transfers to third-party payment accounts are not permitted.
Player funds deposited into a ppvip6 Account must be used solely for the purpose of wagering on the games and betting markets available on the Platform. The use of ppvip6 accounts for the transfer, exchange, or laundering of funds is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. ppvip6 reserves the right to freeze any Account where suspicious financial activity is detected pending investigation.
ppvip6 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the point of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term will prevail only with respect to the subject matter of that conflict.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they and any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated in the individual promotion terms. Only bets placed using real-money Balance count toward the wagering requirement — bets placed using Bonus Funds do not count unless explicitly stated.
ppvip6 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using mathematically low-risk betting strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising risk; colluding with other Players to pool or transfer bonus funds; and exploiting technical errors or miscommunications in bonus offer terms. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and any associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be suspended or permanently closed.
All slot games, table games, and card games offered on ppvip6 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. The RNG is independently certified to produce outcomes that are genuinely random and statistically independent. ppvip6 does not and cannot influence individual game outcomes in favour of or against any specific Player.
Live casino games on ppvip6 are supplied by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. These games are conducted by human dealers in real time and streamed to Players via video connection. The rules of each live game (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti) are governed by the respective provider's game rules, which are displayed within the game interface before each session. ppvip6 accepts no liability for technical interruptions caused by the provider's streaming infrastructure.
Cricket betting and other sports markets on ppvip6 are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In-play bets placed after the relevant event has concluded — whether due to a network delay or any other technical issue — will be voided and the stake returned. ppvip6 reserves the right to suspend any market and void any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match manipulation or where official results are under dispute.
In the event of a game or system malfunction, any bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Balance. ppvip6 is not liable for losses arising from game malfunctions that are caused by the Player's device, internet connection, or third-party software.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ppvip6 and will result in immediate Account suspension and investigation, which may lead to permanent closure and forfeiture of Balance:
ppvip6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, at its sole discretion, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false KYC information; detection of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity; Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months; or receipt of a court order or law enforcement instruction requiring Account closure. Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, ppvip6 may withhold the Account Balance pending the outcome of any investigation.
A Player may request closure of their ppvip6 Account at any time by contacting the ppvip6 support team via the in-platform live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, ppvip6 will close the Account and process a withdrawal of any remaining real-money Balance to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Players who wish to exclude themselves from ppvip6 for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the chosen exclusion period expires. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be locked, all marketing communications will be suspended, and the Player will not be permitted to open a new Account on ppvip6. ppvip6 applies 256-bit SSL encryption to all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used exclusively for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes. ppvip6 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ppvip6 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to a technical malfunction; loss of data; interruption of service; or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
ppvip6's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ppvip6 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit ppvip6's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The ppvip6 Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ppvip6 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
ppvip6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ppvip6 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and may notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account. Your continued use of the ppvip6 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 8.2.
These Terms are drafted and published in the English language. In the event of any dispute concerning the interpretation of these Terms, the English-language version shall be the authoritative and controlling version. Any translation of these Terms into another language is provided for convenience only and shall have no legal effect.
